If you have areas that are heavily soiled or stained or have odor issues, we may recommend our Dual Process for those problem areas.

- Rooms over 240 sq. ft. count as two rooms.
- L shaped rooms or combined living dining areas count as two.
- Additional rooms $50.00 each.
- Stairways up to 12 steps $60.00. $4.00 for each additional Step.
- Standard 7 ft. sofa (seats 3) & 5 ft love seat (seats 2).
- Extra charge for larger sets and sectional furniture.
- Extra charge for recliners & over-sized chairs.
- Extra charge for odor treatments and dual process cleaning.
- No guarantee on spot and stain removal, or on odor removal.
- No guarantee on carpet or furniture cleaning over 10 years old.
- Minimum order of $150.00.
- All billed jobs will be changed an additional $15.00 office fee.
- All canceled or rescheduled appointments require a 48 hours notice or you will be billed our minimum charge $150.00 plus a $15.00 office fee. No exceptions!
